Who We Are
With over 65 years of combined experience in the residential development and construction industry, Gulfstream Development owners Duane and J.P. Ankney have built over 800 homes in the Northwest Ohio area. Our talented team consists of two job site superintendents, a two person sales team, an office administrator and an architectural technician.

Residential Development
In addition to our residential developments at Waterside and Stoney Creek, we provide off-site custom home building and design services with our in-house Architect and CAD Technician.
Commercial Development
While our residential developments define our roots, we've had the opportunity in recent years to branch out into commercial development, multifamily projects, industrial warehousing and mixed-use land development.
